How to enter your Ford radio code:

Some radio models, such as 6000 CD, 4500 RDS and Sony, have the following method to enter the code:
1. Turn on the radio and make sure the radio asks for the code.
2. Press the one button repeatedly until you enter the first digit of the code. For example, if you have to enter a 5, press the 1 five times. To introduce a 0, you have to
make ten keystrokes.
3. Repeat this process to enter the rest of the three digits, using buttons 2, 3 and 4.
4. Ensure it is ok and submit the code by holding button 5 (6000 CD, 4500 RDS) or * (Sony).
5. If the code is correct, the radio starts playing; contrary, it says WAIT. Do not try the wrong code too many times; you can permanently lock your radio.
